Heather and Stephen Baxter have called Crooked River Ranch home since 2012. On June 1, 2026 they took over the pizza cart at Over The Edge Taphouse, kept the crew and the scratch-made sourdough crust people drive out here for, and built a whole new menu around them.
Dough made from scratch every day, pizzas built with a heavy hand, and a taphouse full of neighbors to eat them in. Order on your way over and it will be ready when you walk in.
